You won’t find artificial flavorings or a hodgepodge of preservatives in our dishes. Each item on our menu is made to order and handcrafted in-house to perfection. We offer approximately 20 different pizza options and use house-made mozzarella and burrata cheeses, house-infused oils, and local, seasonal ingredients for our specials.
Healthy Eating Choices from Our Small Plates Menu
If you would prefer a lighter dish than pizza, we encourage you to look at our small plates menu. The Insalate is bursting with fresh flavor, which prevents the need for a heavy or complicated dressing. Our Kale Salad is rich in antioxidants and offers farro, kale, chickpeas, red cabbage, walnuts, almonds, ricotta salata, and dried blueberries. Instead of smothering our Eggplant Parmesan dish in mozzarella as tradition would have it, we bake it with Parmigiano Reggiano and Pecorino Romano cheeses, which creates a lighter meal.
