Super Bowl Sunday Calabrian Wings and Peroni Beer

At the West Village’s Pizzetteria Brunetti, Owner / Pizzaiolo Jason Brunetti will be offering a super-licious and value loaded special, celebrating two of Super Bowl Sunday’s most popular staples – wings and beer (more than 1.23 BILLION wings will be eaten on the 1st, washed down with some 325 million gallons of beer!) Indeed, since Pizzetteria Brunetti does not normally field wings, Jason created his Calabrian Wings with Goat & Blue Cheese Dip just for the occasion. They get their heat and singular flavor from his house made Calabrian pepper (as in those hailing from the Italian region of Calabria) sauce. They’ll be complemented by Italy’s most popular beer, Peroni, and priced at just $13 for six wings and an 8 oz Peroni (the latter is normally just $8 alone). Of course, pizza, that other Super Bowl favorite (some 4.4 million will go don gullets nationally) will also be available, all of Pizzetteria Brunetti’s 14 different Neopolitan pies, as well as seasonal specials such as the current bestselling Hen & Board, wild boar, hen of the woods mushroom made, burrata, fresh garlic ,arugula. Pizzetteria Brunetti’s Super Bowl Sunday Wings and Beer Special will be available from noon to 10 p.m., 526 Hudson Street, bet. Jane and Horatio, (212) 255-5699
